2009 HARLEY-DAVIDSON XL 883

Here is a one off Harley Davidson 1250cc Custom Scrambler. The previous owner/builder searched high and low to find the perfect low mileage Harley back in 2015. This bike started life as a 2009 883 Sportster Iron. It was a crying shame to break it and at the time, the bike only had 1200 miles on the clock. They then went about with the help of Lamb engineering constructing what you see in the pictures. Lamb engineering cut and modified the frame, made the alloy tank/mudguards/number board as well as the seat and megaphone exhaust system. They then spoke to their friends at Talon engineering to get some brand new wheels made with black rims, spokes and hubs. They wanted it to look like an old scramble bike so fitted it with a chain and sprocket conversion, changed the barrels to 1250 and run a Mikuni flat slide carb. Brand new original Ohlins rear shocks The front forks were lengthened and set up by Falcon Shocks. The bike rides exceptionally well and feels just like an old school scrambler with about 10x the power! It has never been ridden in the rain or off road! The bike was featured in Built Magazine as well as MCN. As you can see from the pictures, the bike is faultless and turns heads everywhere.
