1968 Triumph A352 Jaguar D-Type 1950's LeMans Race Car Tribute. Where do i start with this beautiful recreation… A good condition 1968 Triumph Spitfire was used as the donor car, stripped right back, chassis powder coated white and rebuilt with a 'Old No 7' fibreglass D-Type Kit with all new suspension and lots of other components 1500cc Engine stripped and rebuilt like new and fitted with a new Weber 45 DCOE Carburettor and manifold together with the linkages. Hand painted in British Racing Green Enamel paint like they would of been back in the day then buffed and polished back for the desired effect. Original Dunlop style wheels Correctly registered as a Triumph A352 (Triumph being the car and A352 being the kit model) Runs and drives exceptionally well thanks to the previous owner being an Aircraft engineer setting her up just right, only reason he sold her was due to age and mobility not being on his side.. She come with detailed leather bound history file including build photos, receipts and a 3gb memory stick of photos and history.
