Beautiful example of a 55 year old Land Rover. True credit to the previous career. New Parts Fitted. All door rubbers fitted. New plugs and ht leads fitted. New engine and gear box mounting Brakes fined. New set of front seats fitted.x3 All 6 steering ball joints fitted. Swivel housing ball joints refurbished with new oil seals. All new brake shoes fitted. All new brake cylinders fitted. Tracking all set up at H TS Rear axle pinion oil seal fitted. Timing cover oil seal fitted. Ir original water pump rebuilt with new original bearings etc. All oil and filters done. series 2a grill and lights fitted as per 1966 year spec. New number plates fitted as per the year 1966 (white on black) New number plate light and new stop and side lights fitted as 1966 spec New front wing panels made by myself. front wings modified as per 1966 spec. New brake master cylinder replaced. New clutch master cylinder fitted. also new slave cylinder. Wiper motors refurbished with new brushes, and packed with new grease. 1 fitted with new armature. New top corner seat belt brackets fitted New lower seat belt side brackets fitted as required. (3 point linkage seat belts fitted). New fuel pump fitted. New original zenith carburettor fitted New rear axle and front hub oil seals fitted x4 New rear and front springs and shock absorbers fitted x4 New rear copper brake pipes fitted also brake pipe guards with check straps as per spec. Front brake pipes replaced and all flex hoses replaced x4 including the clutch hose x1 Front steering locks replaced. All wheels have had new tyres 205/80x16' this corrects the speedo mph reading and the correct gearing. Original door handles fitted Transfer box new bearings and shims Regulator replaced with a Lucas original 102/2 2 bobbin 37290f terminals a1 a fd e Fuse box Lucas original type 4FJ Original Lucas starter motor rebuilt type Lu25533b m418g fa64 12v year 2-66 Original Lucas dynamo rebuilt type c40/1 22a no 22704a Lrd 100 pulley 31/2" 522913/3 1964 New original distributor cap 600323d with acorn fittings Distributor Lucas 25d4 refurbished and copper core leads used Choke warning light fitted up with original switch and otter switch. Cylinder head removed, and de coked with new valve stem rubbers fitted. New front exhaust pipe fitted with all new brackets.
